Reckoner is a text processing desk for structured tasks. Prepare pasted columns, normalize lists and apply explicit transformations without hiding the order in which they run.

Small operations, useful results

Trim a pasted column of numeric values, remove empty lines, sort numerically, then format decimal places. Review rounding before using the results.

Our workspace combines 20 plain-text operations into an ordered workflow. Adjust individual settings, disable a step, or move it earlier in the sequence. You can export the recipe to a JSON file and use it again later.

Designed to stay on your device

The editor runs in your browser. Your input and output are not sent to our server by the text processing tool. No account is needed, and the editor does not automatically save your text.

How to get started

Open the workspace and choose “Try an example.” It trims spaces, removes blank and duplicate lines, and sorts the result. Use this as a starting point for your own work.
